Monster Hunter Rise Quality Stomach is a High-Rank material, and as such, it can only be obtained by participating in High-Rank hunts. Keep this in mind if you are fresh to High-Rank, as you can neither obtain this nor other High-Rank materials in Low-Rank hunts.
You don’t just have to hunt down pesky flying Bnahabra to make their armor set; there’s another Monster Hunter Rise critter you’ll find yourself seeking out for craft materials. If you’re trying to get your hands on Quality Stomach, you’ll need to track down Altaroth.
How to Get Quality Stomach in Monster Hunter Rise
Quality Stomach only comes from one monster in Monster Hunter Rise, and it’s quite the small one: Altaroth.
Like Bnahabra, Altaroth is an insect monster. Unlike Bnahabra, though, it’s not tricky to hit with shorter-range weapons like Hammers. Farming Altaroth for Quality Stomach is quite easy.
While Altaroth can be found somewhere in each map, farming them in the Shrine Ruins is easy enough to recommend. There are two spots on the map in which these monsters spawn (there may be more, these are just the ones I’ve found), though they are not present all the time. You may have to wait for them to come out, making Quality Stomach farming somewhat of a waiting game.
The map to the side shows the two Altaroth spawn locations in the Shrine Ruins great for getting Quality Stomach. The monsters to the north make a beeline for the nearby honey, and the ones a bit more south head for a nearby mushroom.
How these itty bitty monsters spawn is unique from the rest of the roster in that they come out from their nest all at once to pick up food and carry it back (indicated by whether the bulbs on their butts are colored and enlarged). I do not believe that affects whether they leave a corpse to carve for Quality Stomach.
When they leave their nest, they do so in a line like in the image below, making them easy targets for Quality Stomach farming.
The carve rate of Quality Stomach from these little workers isn’t terrible, and it’s easy enough to swing between both spots in the Shrine Ruins to slay them three at a time at regular intervals.
