Best Amulets Tier List for V Rising
Note that some of the amulets can be unlocked only after defeating certain bosses, which I indicated in the Sources column. However, most other amulets will require Tier 2 or Tier 3 library structures for these recipes to work. These structures include the Study and the Athenaeum, which can be unlocked after defeating Maja the Dark Savant and Henry Blackbrew the Doctor, respectively.
