X-Samkok: Best Team Compositions

Combine only the strongest units into the best team compositions using our guide for X-Samkok.

There are many ways to approach your squad-building strategies in X-Samkok. But here, I’ll provide you with a couple of the most effective team compositions, including a highly aggressive DPS team and a much more intricate squad with tons of buffs, debuffs, heals, and various defensive and offensive mechanics.

Note that each squad may consist of 4-6 units, where you need to cover all the possible grounds from front to back rows, using attackers, buffers, debuffers, tanks, and healers. If you can’t get exactly the units I listed below, then use their alternatives from similar character groups.

Physical and Magic Damage Team Composition

  • Lu Bu
  • Diao Chan
  • Zhang Liao
  • Cao Cao
  • Guan Yu
  • Zhang He

Nothing wrecks enemies as hard as physical AoE damage with a single-target magic support. This combo is possible due to Lu Bu and Diao Chan synergy, which increases all your ATK by 15%. On top of that, Lu Bu’s skill, Stalwart Rider, will again attack all enemies for 90% physical damage with a critical hit rate of up to 8%. If you deploy Diao Chan, she’ll be able to cast her Moonlit Butterfly spell, which prevents enemies from taking any actions.

If you’re facing a boss, then I’d put Zhang Liao at the forefront with his huge single-target attack and Warfare Turmoil skill. Combine this attack with Cao Cao’s Heaven’s Will to increase your Rage and deal a powerful magic blow to that enemy, stripping them of any resistance. If that’s not enough, then add Guan Yu to the mix with his Dragon Crescent attack that deals 360% physical damage to a single target.

Lastly, you’ll need a couple of units that can reach into the back row of the enemy squad, and that’s where Zhang He’s Victorious Chase skill comes in very handy.

Buff and Debuff Team Composition

  • Guo Jia
  • Sima Yi
  • Hua Tuo
  • Dong Zhuo
  • Zhao Yun
  • Ma Chao

Being able to deal lots of damage is great, but the efficiency of such a strategy also greatly depends on how weak you can make your enemies and how strong you can make your allies. This team relies on the synergy of Guo Jia’s debuffs and Sima Yi’s poison effect. Both of them deal physical and magic damage, plus Guo Jia applies one of the four debuffs from her Peculiar Scheme skill: hit rate -15%, damage dealt -7%, damage taken +7%, and inflict poison. If either of these debuffs hits enemies, they’ll be in for some bad time.

This team also requires tons of healing power, which comes in the form of Hua Tuo’s Healing Miracle skill, which is a massive healing spell. If you deploy her with Dong Zhuo, a tank with powerful physical attack, then he’ll also receive a strong shield of Grave Extravagance.

Finally, you’ll also need a couple of straight attackers, such as Zhao Yun and Ma Chao. Zhao Yun’s Unstoppable Might attack stacks up to seven times, where each stack deals 195% damage. Ma Chao’s Triumphant Cavalry will remove all rage from the enemy squad and attack them for 128% AoE physical damage.

That’s it for my list of the best team compositions in X-Samkok. Stay tuned for more X-S tips and tricks articles right here.
