How to Complete The Satori Mountain Crystal in TotK

This Shrine quest requires you to retrieve a crystal from the Satori Mountain Foothill Cave nearby. You’ll immediately notice a laser pointing toward it once you initiate the quest, and you can follow it to the entrance —  the coordinates to the cave are -2204, -0792, 0115. I recommend you bring Arrows for the easiest time completing the mini-boss fight that follows.

  • Once you arrive in the cave, you’ve got a chance to run into Hinox, the mini-boss that’s wearing the crystal on his neck. The laser points directly toward his location.
  • The cave, like many, has Bomb Flowers on the floor, and walls. You’ll want to collect some for your fight against Hinox.
  • Collect as many Bomb Flowers as you can find, while keeping your eyes peeled for Hinox.

How to find the Treasure Chest in the Satori Mountain Foothill Cave

  • The Treasure Chest is located within a climbable perch that you’re going to use to eliminate Hinox.
  • You can find the perch in the center wall of the room, you’ll have to climb up the side of the wall to reach it.
  • The coordinates to the treasure chest are -2210, -0715, 0119. You’ll receive a Silver Rupee (100 rupees).
  • Once you’re on the perch, wait for Hinox to approach your area.
  • Once you see Hinox, fuse a Bomb Flower to your Arrow and aim directly for his eye.
  • Shooting him in his eye will knock and stun him briefly, you can choose to approach him and attach him with your primary weapon while he’s down, or simply wait for him to recover and continue to shoot him with Bomb Flower Arrows.
  • Once Hinox is eliminated, retrieve the green crystal.
  • Carry the crystal back to the Usazum Shrine, and place it in the target.
  • You’ll complete the Shrine Quest, and be able to retrieve your Light of Blessing from within the Shrine.
