How to Find Tulin’s Location in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

To find Tulin in TotK, you’ll have to head to Hebra, the northwestern region of Hyrule. The area has a particular disturbance, one of four main quests that you need to tackle. However, due to the extreme cold in that location, you’ll want to bring food and armor that offer cold resistance, too.

From Lookout Landing, simply follow the main roads that lead northwest, then check the path that takes you to Rito Village. Once there, head to the top of the town, and Tulin will show up. Since he’s quite headstrong, he ends up flying off. Of course, his father asks you to find him.

Where to Find TotK’s Tulin in Hebra South Summit Cave

Go ahead and cross the gap to proceed up the sloping path. Further ahead, you should see a cave with a large bonfire. This is the Hebra South Summit Cave.

Go deeper into the cave and eliminate enemies as you see fit. There are many winding tunnels here, as well as side passages. However, the innermost section will have thorny vines that you can burn using a Torch or a Fire Fruit. There’s also a Bubbul Frog that you can kill to obtain a Bubbul Gem.

At the end of the tunnels, you’ll reach the exit. As you climb up, you’ll notice a snow-capped hill with ruins. Head to the top, and you’ll find Tulin in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

The Reward for Finding Tulin in TotK

After talking to Tulin, you’ll be able to activate his Wind Burst ability. This trek will eventually lead you to the floating islands above Hebra, all the way to the Wind Temple.
