While the DLC won’t becoming with any new maps, there will be a slew of new REQ items including Spartan armor, the hybrid weapon scope and, of course, Warthogs a plenty.

The post also mentioned “bigger items” that were slated for the Hog Wild release are being given finishing touches and will release along with the highly anticipated Warzone Firefight launch coming at the end of June.

Updates for the revamped Warzone game mode includes the Warzone Boss Refresh to create dynamic boss encounters. “Each Warzone match should be a bit different instead of the same encounters game after game,” said 343 Industries in their post.

343 Industries also states their Legendary bosses in Warzone will carry “unique names, visual identity, and a unique REQ weapon.” Players will have a chance to collect and use these weapons upon defeating said bosses.

Additionally, the team released details for their Arena Multiplayer summer update, including final map and game type combinations for Team Arena and the HCS Pro League. You can check out the nitty gritty on everything included in the update here.

In other Halo 5 news, the Memories of Reach update dropped earlier this month, adding the fan favorite Infection game mode and plenty of Halo: Reach inspired REQs.
