When you think of Minecraft-related searches, your first thought probably isn’t “Minecraft porn”. But for some users on Pornhub, that’s just what they’re looking for.
According to the popular adult website’s blog, there’s no shortage of people seeking porn related to well-known television and video game characters – everything from My Little Pony to Fallout 4 has been searched on their site. So it was no surprise to them that a growing number of people were looking for NSFW content related to that pixelated favorite, Minecraft.
While searches for content don’t necessarily indicate the presence of actual videos on the site, Pornhub does acknowledge its existence – but you’ll have to do your own search if you’ve got an itch to peek at someone’s naughty bits (or are they naughty blocks?).
Don’t be a creeper
According to the site’s statistical data on these guilty-pleasure searches, most users searching for Minecraft porn are millenials – people under age 35 – and are overwhelmingly young men.
There are also spikes in Minecraft-related traffic when the game makes the news – such as when millions of people mistakenly downloaded a fake version of the game.
So what exactly are people searching for? In addition to the obvious “Minecraft porn,” there are also searches for “Minecraft animation,” “Minecraft hentai,” “Minecraft true love,” and the ever-so-clever pun, “Minecraft hard drilling.” There are even searches for Let’s Play videos and tutorials.
And just in case you thought some of these searches led to Pornhub by mistake, guess again – users searching for Minecraft porn typically search for other video game-related porn like Lego or Pokemon before finding the sweet spot.
This is hardly the first case of Rule 34 we’ve found. Check out Amanda Wallace’s article on why her NSFW Bayonetta slideshow got so many views. Or, if you’re the type of person who would search for Minecraft on a porn site, you might be interested in our Top 10 Porn Parody Games article, as well.
