CoD: Black Ops Cold War's mid-season update goes live soon, bringing a handful of new Zombies and MP modes.

Cold War‘s mid-season update introduces the Sanatorium map for Fireteam and Dropkick, a new 6v6 multiplayer mode where teams fight for control of the nuclear codes.

The game’s Zombie mode also gets a couple of new features. First is Cranked mode, where each destroyed zombie resets the timer that’s counting down to the end of the world. The mid-season update also adds Raid to Zombie Onslaught’s maps, and PlayStation Cold War players get Dark Aether intel.

All that drops on January 14, with more content to follow. For now, two new multiplayer modes are live in Cold War: Gunfight Blueprints and Dirty Bomb Duos.

Gunfight Blueprints is a 2v2 mode that drops players in with random loadouts and a goal of finding the best weapon blueprints. Dirty Bomb Duos is a Fireteam mode where 20 players in teams of two try to detonate more bombs than their counterparts.
