Rising from the ranks of EVE’s podcasters, the velvet-voiced EVE Radio DJ Arydanika‘s southern drawl is as enticing as the story of her podcast venture, Voices from the Void.
Borne out of a hosting experiment on the long-running (but now retired) Lost in EVE podcast, managing a quartet of presenters was found to be too high maintenance. Arydanika, along with her co-host Hallan Turrek, started Voices from the Void which quickly stood out from its peers as having a more structured presentation than the majority of shows which favoured a free-flowing chat show style.
A brief voice-acting career on fiction podcast Tech 4 News saw Arydanika turn in a number of impressive and emotional performances.
Meanwhile, Voices from the Void saw a succession of co-hosts join Arydanika before she “went solo” and subsequently landed a slot on EVE Radio.
Now riding high with a primetime EVE Radio slot on Monday nights, working to promote the Syndicate Competitive League and still knocking out the podcast episodes too, “Dani” is very much part of the audio firmament of EVE Online.
